Tips for painting allg. and (mini-)spoilerC30 paint

Hello, in the parking garage a polder has absolutely a greasy scratch with approx. 25 cm length in the rear lower side flank of my silver C30 had to make. This is so deep that the sheet metal is also slightly covered. I was told that you can also spat (and then paint over) but it would be better to dilute the sheet again with high effort and then paint it, as one would have seen spatted after a few years. Your opinion? The one painter wants with spatulas 250€ – the other 700€ (but I also have offers for 900€…) Another question: I would have had the back standard spoiler painted on top of it. However, this was recommended to me by the “spachteln-is-nix” paintr, since the artoff would be too rough for this and with the time by evaporation would also be ugly the painting. Any comments? Greetings
