Funny tire sounds – not only for winter tyres

Hello, my C70 now has around 15,000 km “on the clock”. 2-3 months ago I noticed that the winter tyres make a “comic” sound when the steering is hit. Sounds like a car with a brake plate. I first thought that it was simply on the winter tyres and did not give me any further thought. The front tyres were driven more strongly at the outside and inside despite the correct air pressure. The tyre dealer spoke in the context of a “saw tooth”, but could not exactly consider whether that came from the fall or from the driving method. Now yesterday again summer tyres were pulled up and the noise is back! Continue as before only when the steering is hit and will also be faster at increasing speed. What can this be? Thank you for your answers. Greetings Holger
