Hello all, I bought an XC90 at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately I have a motor damage that means that nothing is going on anymore the XC90 is a D5 with 185PS, MDJ2004. Now my question: I have a 2003 Volvo s60 2.4D with about 191Tkm. The S60 is mostly just around and I don’t want to sell it because it is my first Volvo. Can I install the engine from the S60 into the Xc90? These are the same engines?! Or? The s60 has 131Ps and my xc90 currently the 185Ps variant I think I could change that with a chip tuning! But also the 131PS wouldn’t bother me because I’m really only driving long distances and will pull nothing. I hope someone can help me?!
