Last winter I had the heater reprogrammed at VW (!) in my 2011 Phaeton, so that the one now works with a prefix clock quite normally as a prefix heating. And that actually works perfectly and without any problems. I had in the meantime given at VW to supplement the heating with a remote control. That was denied me with the comment for technical reasons not. Openly I don’t understand the reasons for this. Since I myself Ingenie I’m not sure that something like this is not going to work. Does any of you have any experience on this subject? Greetings, Alex
