Hello guys, I have a curious problem there! With the Lupo my father, 1.0l, year 2000, the mileage after welding the exhaust system suddenly increased to 764,000. He was with it at a workshop at the tank. I think, you probably didn’t think to shut down the battery. Nice stupid!!! I was then at the friendly here on site, thought they can undo that. Misinformation! They have no access to the system, for safety reasons. The correct mileage can be proven by workshop calculations. Don’t really understand that! The workshop master actually advised me to look for such a “tacho service” ?? I don’t see any, 100 € or more to spend, just to get the correct speedometer. There must be an honest possibility.
