Oil change interval Longlife and wear

Hello dear community, I have the following concerns: And I read a lot about that with LongLife is operated more advertising than actual use of the product. I drive a CUPRA KL Leon ST with the 1.5eTSI engine am currently at 12000KM and have set a maintenance interval of every 30,000km or every 2 years, or according to system. But now I want to drive the engine as long as possible wear-free, since no leasing etc. Now I have read a lot and found out the 5w40 is better than the 5w30 of Seat/Cupra. Besides, I also think that an oil change of all 10,000KM is significantly better for the engine than described above or am I wrong and worry unnecessarily? The only thing that currently keeps me from doing oil change is the 5 year warranty I have. What do you think? Thank you and LG.
