Hello, the new (high-turning) 5-speed transmission of the current Smart is really not the hit! Especially if you know the old sprite-saving and low-speed 6-speed transmission by 2005… Are there any indications that the new 5-speed transmission is being revised by Smart (one gear more or the fifth gear is being designed longer)? If no, what would it cost to change the 5th gear of the current transmission for a longer (speed-lowering) transmission? Who offers such a thing??
