Honda CRV 2015 gives ground waves too much to drivers.

Hello community, I hope I didn’t use the search too badly. The following problem with my father’s CRV. He got it new this year in April. Of course, he did the test before and was happy about it how nicely he absorbed floor waves. Now he gets the new one out of the plant and is angry that he somehow takes up the floor waves too much and passes it on to the occupants. It’s not like in the test vehicle. He ordered exactly the same. Of course he was in the workshop. They just said he should make a little less air on it and there was nothing to adjust. Now I should turn to a forum if someone had the same problem and if there was any way to improve the ride comfort. He could still imagine that it might be the tires. But can the tires change something about the vehicle absorbing the floor waves too much? He said he had already researched something and found out the 2 of 5 crv ́s “too hard” I hope someone can help us.
