Hello, maybe you can help us: I drive a Golf 5 TSI 1.4 – 122 HP engine A drop-out occurs approximately every 15 seconds in idle mode – so that the car shakes. When the engine gets warmer the problem becomes stronger. So the revometer goes back from about 750 to 600 and then speeds up again. The “shaking” is so strong that the master has rated this as not normal. The error only occurred after about 67,000 km. The workshop has read out everything and found nothing. All pressure tests and measuring possibilities did not produce any result. Now the engine was opened to check any sensors on the camshafts. At the same time the master informed that the LifeTime warranty will not pay the expensive tests, but only what can be found as a cause of damage and what is due to this damage. Do you already have a similar advice – possibly also a tip – which could be? Thanks for every info
