Directional tyre as a spare wheel?

Hello, I have an intact directional Dunlop winter sports 5 and would like to put it as a spare wheel in the trunk. Problem with this: If I don’t compose now, it can only be mounted correctly on the rim for one side of the vehicle. If I have the breakdown on the other side, it turns in the wrong direction. Apart from all possible driving dynamic problems (aquaplaning by wrong direction of rotation of the tire, 1 winter tire m it 3 wider summer tires, 1 older tires with 3 new tires, …) this constellation my question: Is it possible that on a holiday trip it will break the spare tire mounted in the wrong direction of rotation after a few hundred kilometers, just because I have mounted in the wrong direction, so against the given direction of rotation? Or can it do that? LG
