Moin, in my thread Abgesang on the Phaeton service, I had announced that I will receive a summary of the current service offer from Dresden and am expressly legitimated to publish this summary here for the elimination of irritations and for the unification of the level of knowledge with us Phaeton drivers. So here is the text of the email from Dresden: Quotation: “Dear Mr. M., here you will find an overview of the current service offer in the package with the Phaeton. Important in this context is that every case of the VIP hotline will be individually examined and decided according to further possibilities for support. It can therefore be very good that further services will be carried out in accordance with the corresponding requirements. I hope to have contributed to the clarification.
