More and more often, vehicles are equipped with Xenon, but (relatively) many of them without the headlight cleaning system prescribed by the KBA. When I look around at the parking lots, the typical xenon piston is there, but no nozzles or flaps are to be discovered in the bumper. Are these then re-imports? (e.g. in Belgium or the Netherlands, the SRA is not mandatory to my knowledge, e.g. not available at all)
