Hello, I was driven by someone on my parking car 1 1/2 months ago. engbnis 1450€ harm, new bumper, new trim, etc. np my car 33t€ time value: ca 11-12t€ age 3 years km 55tkm according to the mercantile inferior value would have to belong to me about 360€ of the insurance? this denied but with the reason it would be a bagatelle damage (there is no legal def of a bagatellschade – and even if there is a bagatelle damage under 1000€) my car is now e in accident car and at the sale I must state this – why do they deny me the mercantile inferior value? thank you in advance =)
