In the meantime, four weeks later, the report went out to the opposing insurance company with 7500 euros. In the first week, when I requested the reviewer, I also turned on my lawyer. So, now comes the crux point, which I want out. Since it took forever until the report was improved and the workshop as well as the expert apparently had all the time in the world (it was only about my car, I can see how I got to work), of course my nerves were blank and told the lawyer if I had to have the car repaired. He said: “No” we can do this on a total damage basis, but leave both ways open: Say: Either on a total damage basis or yet have it repaired. As I said, my nerves were blank. I had the anwal t said that the workshop “my trust” takes two weeks to call for the reviewer and make an appointment to improve for the review. My thought was: If this workshop (with which I have been driving really well for years) now also lays hands and repairs my car (the car had to be on the straightening bench, the entire rear was broken), I probably will not get my car in repaired condition again in 2015. So, meanwhile, the lawyer is I just got out and on Tuesday I happened to come by the workshop. Although I told the workshop very clearly that they should NOT do anything about my car until I know about the insurance (because I might have been out of the total damage base), my car was standing there. Fixed and done. I was surprised and asked: Why, why, why? The answer was: Well, we had time, and it had to be done anyway. Of course I’m mad at the workshop somewhere, but I’m not sure why. Finally, I am glad that she has repaired the damage on her own. Since my tuned car has no residual value anymore (including air suspension, LSD doors to name two big things). Here is the data: Economic Total Damage 12000 Euro Report: 7800 Euro with VAT (so I would have to get paid around 6000 Euro).So, now it comes: Of course, I got away with the repair significantly cheaper than the 6000 Euro that should be paid to me. Did I tell my lawyer that the car was made, and he said that the opposing insurance company could charge an invoice? Can she really do that? Bzw. do I have to show it then? The fact is, the expert has written down the damage and everyone I know takes the money without VAT, corrects the damage and still has some “pain money” left. I don’t realize that I should get zero out of there now for many weeks without a car. Is my lawyer now exaggerating and I am going out there even more than the fool than I am already anyway? Furthermore, there is a small point that is not as important as the now mentioned, but is also wrong. The expert described my car as “accessible to traffic” in the report. Even after the first “bad” report, I asked him how he could do it? After all, I found out that my car was “accessible to traffic” in the report. The expert (this ****) also ignored it in the second report to change the “accessible to traffic”. I said I can’t rely on adhesive strips and even if I have a car glued with armored rear lights, I certainly don’t drive around because the car was totally spoiled. So now I’m not entitled to a failure, which is bad, of course. As I said, my nerves are still blank, I can’t get the car until I give money to the workshop, I would be very grateful for answers because I can’t sleep properly anymore.
