Problems with Ecomotive and Coupling in my Seat Ibiza

I bought a new Ibiza half a year ago and two problems that no one in the workshop can solve. Maybe one of you can help me with some advice. One is switching. If I drive more than 100 km at a time, I get problems when I switch. If I switch to the second or third gear, the engine jumps as if I were just before choking. I then let the clutch come very slowly. Then I can avoid it. However, The engine only becomes so sensitive from a relatively long distance. I have the second problem with the Ecomotive. Mostly the car when I hit the clutch again, but not always. Sometimes it only starts suddenly when I cross the clutch a few times, but sometimes nothing happens at all. Then I try to turn the car on again with the key, but even then nothing happens. Yesterday I did this three times without the least The first thing I wanted to do was to get the engine back on, but I didn’t know how the engine started but it didn’t start. And then I stood there again. At Seat they read out the clutch and Ecomotive, but it didn’t show anything. Did any of you have any idea what the engine was going to do? is it possible to lie down?
