Hello people! I very often drive a certain route in Austria (with German license plate). And admittedly, there I often drive about 140-150kmh instead of the 130kmh – not much too fast, but like most others too – so that I can just “swimm” in traffic. Now I have heard that if one is flashed in Austria, there can be complications, because: Usually one is flashed from behind. If the photo is sent to Germany, then according to German law always the Now I got a parking ticket last week because of driving too fast (allegedly sometime in November), and also today another one (from the beginning of December). My problem is now this: Since I have been driving this route so often since September 2004 (1-2 times a week), it may be that I have a new letter in the Postkastl every 2 weeks. And that can’t be that I have to make a nice €20-€50.- now every 2 weeks ?! And what bothers me the most: The tickets are almost half a year late. I’m sitting there stupidly, and I can get maybe 20 more. I’d be happy if someone would help me. MfG, yb
