Now the previous owner comes to us and wants to send an expert by because the police finally found the causer of the damage. He has to keep the money from the insurance… Now my question: must I let him get the money, he will not fix the car for, the car belongs to me and the damage in that sense also, he has not made a mistake. But vice versa good profit. I see the thing so that it is meant for repair and therefore actually belongs to me at least partially… Please say whether I am right here or not. Thank you in advance!
