New combo with low value loss

I am looking for a successor for my moose. Driving performance: 15-20,000km, 20% city / 80% country road BAB must have : air conditioning, roof railing, large trunk, space for 4 people (1,90m) nice to have : cruise control, automatic air conditioning, seat heating, auxiliary heating Golf7 and Octavia are close to choice. The golf is for me, despite the lower boot volume, the better car (noise dam, steering, material appearance). i” is available for unbeatable 13.000€: mobile link but also the golf does not cost soo much more naked and has more features on board. Which model is more value-stable? The planned holding time of the vehicle is 3 years (maximum 5).I was advised not to buy a car without equipment, because I will not get rid of it anymore. But actually I don’t need the whole game stuff. With larger engine and more equipment I lie at about 20,000€ (or 24.000€ for the RS). In order to believe that there is more revenue when selling, then also >5.000€. Personally, I prefer the smooth-running petrolers to the “neighbor rails”. But I would be interested to know if I drive with the diesel cheaper: – extra price over the holding time with 3% pa interest-/+ (additional price – higher selling price) -/+ extra price due to maintenance costs + lower consumption + lower fuel price – extra cost due to tax If it really makes a significant difference, I would also use a diesel hm
