Car park accident / total damage / pregnant / overloaded!

Hello dear user, I had an accident last Thursday, 17.01 and somehow I’m not getting through any more. But in turn: I (in the 26 sw) picked up my 3 year old daughter from kindergarten. So I drive my car backwards out of the parking space, stand straight (parallel) and just want to insert the 1 gear and drive forward, I see a car in reverse driving mode ramming my car right away. I still hup it bangs there. Skize from accident M I have a sling trauma, a bruised skull and had to stay in hospital for 24 hours to make sure that nothing happened to the baby. Thanks to God, baby is still well. Police came and documented everything and photographed it. When I made my testimony (on Friday evening) the policeman said that my accident opponent had recorded that we had been driving backwards AT THE SAME TIME. But I don’t need to worry about it because you can see nicely on the tracks in the snow that I had just stood there and that he has moved in parallel. I didn’t worry about it yet. On Monday I then phoned the lawyer because I got pregnant with the paper war too much. The lawyer then said that I had to expect 50/50 (because of some kind of parking law) in a parking lot accident. How can that be? Does the police have no statement? Raft? The stupid thing is that I don’t have legal protection and so I can’t go to court. The car is a total economic damage. The accident opponent’s car has only slight scratches and he doesn’t have any injuries himself. Does a similar experience? Do I really stay on half the cost? The car isn’t even paid off yet. I could just cry. He can’t get away with it seriously? It’s really stupid that there are no witnesses.
