Hello, have such a voltage converter for a portable CD player that comes in the cigarette burners. Unfortunately, I always have electricity there even when the ignition is off and the key is off. Is that normal? Could I steal the + and – from the radio too? I have a cable that runs over the ignition lock. Electricity consumption from the converter should be so 350mah… Is that possible?
