Trailers / team in Switzerland

Meal, we were just at the ADAC because of final tour planning for the summer vacation and if necessary any special features and the lady pointed out to me an information that in Switzerland ALL trailers, so braked & unbraked, an “additional safety connection with the towing vehicle (rope / cable / chain or tear-off line), which must be fixed with a special eyelet / flap / fastening opening firmly to the hook-on coupling. In case of non-respect, penalties of 500-600 Swiss francs are imminent.” Can anyone tell me how this provision is implemented in practice? I have an A6 with removable clutch. There is no eye or the like on the same one. How and where am I supposed to fix this extra fuse now? By the way, the ADAC lady didn’t know. And what exactly is it supposed to bring? The trailer is unbraked, if it really jumps off the ball, I doubt that there is one named above. e Security makes even any difference?! In addition to the obligation to buy vignettes, is now also the second point for the trailer, which makes Switzerland slip through on my sympathy list. Can anyone from the practice report here?
