ADAC in Turkey abandoned bad club…..

Hello together, I want to report about Adac and that I was now in the summer so 3 weeks ago by car in Turkey and on the return trip near the Greek border (Kesan) a tire burst from me, I asked in the city of Kesan all tyre dealers if you can help me further but finding 21 inches tires in Turkey is very difficult, a workshop said in Istanbul I would certainly find, then I called ADAC and asked for help, ADAC wool I didn’t carry my car to Istanbul about 290 km I should have to tow more than 700 Turkish liras myself, I then drove with the hooded Runflat tires towards Istanbul had finally no other choice and about 120 km before Istanbul did nothing more the tire was in a bucket and could not continue driving, then stopped at a tank and called a tow truck and had my car tow at my expense. I am completely disappointed by ADAC and stink-soured I was standing there in the middle of the night 2-3 o’clock to me three little children in a country where I don’t know what was really horror that I’ll never forget ADAC has expired for me they didn’t even call and asked if we live or where we are etc NOTHING….I found the tire myself and found hotel costs as well as transport costs everything paid myself. Bravo ADAC continues so……
