Hello municipality, the following facts: On 18.07.2015 I ordered an EU new vehicle from an Internet dealer after own configuration. On 31.08.2015 came the order confirmation (confirmation of acceptance of the order). The delivery date was stated “non-binding with 4-7 months” (i.e. max. until 31.03.) . I have heard nothing yet. Now a new professional situation has arisen with me and I no longer need the vehicle and would like to withdraw my order. the order confirmation of the dealer is informed of a right of withdrawal, which indicates up to 14 days after receipt of the vehicle. This right of withdrawal “does not exist, however, for contracts for the delivery of vehicles which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.” Now my question: Can I accept from the order Ch resign ? Or what consequences would such a resignation have ? Or am I obliged to accept the vehicle ? Thank you very much
