Hello, My vehicle was damaged by a car standing next to me which was on fire. It was caused by flying debris parts a dent on my B-pillar. I estimate the damage to 500€. By e-mail I was asked to send a cost estimate, by post I received a different letter from an expert on behalf of the insurance company to inspect my car. I first agreed an appointment for tomorrow, but think about it after these again abz Is it true that I have to pay the expert for the insurance up to a damage of approx. 700€-990€ myself? Then I would cancel it again and hope that the estimate will suffice. What do you think, should I cancel the expert and get a simple estimate? I do not want to sit at any unnecessary cost and I read only bad information about Guta and sent by the opposing insurance company. MfG, Rostriecher
