Hello together! I’m new here and need your help right away! I bought a used Smart via eBay Classifieds. Unfortunately, the car has a motor damage which was hidden from me by the seller but. Short description how it expired: I found the car on eBay Classifieds. Everything fit, price was ok. As the only flaws was pointed out that the Smart sometimes does not take the gas fully. Called asked, the guy said it was not a big deal would have been, just a little something….his mechanic would have said. We tried the car, a few little jerks and came out of his socks a little bit. Well, okay. He said yes “That’s just a little something”. We asked anyway if this is a motor damage and he said no. So we bought the car. Next morning we had the “smallness” fixed right away to the workshop. Yes by reason of…..the car has a motor damage!!! So we got the guy back He said he wanted to get the money ready and we’ll get the car back. No he says, he doesn’t. Should we go to the lawyer then we’ll see ourselves in court again. Hello? Now quite honestly, what kind of people are these days???? I was really speechless. Now we left the car there in the workshop. It’s still registered in his name and has his license plates. I’ll send you a text message that we’ve logged off the car or he’ll go to the police. We went to the police immediately after he went stubbornly and made a criminal complaint about fraud, now my husband’s at the attorney’s office, let’s see what he says. We have legal insurance, that’s good. Has anyone ever experienced something similar? What’s come out of it? I could go crazy, now the money’s gone and I don’t have a car. Ruffle Tina
