Fuel pressure control valve clamps

I finally got an error message P0149 I connected 2 transparent hoses in a canister to the pump and after about 5 x org the Ford jumps on. First he zots around a little bit but after about 15 seconds he runs in the stationary gas like a clockwork as it should be. Only gas it only takes up to 1200 revolutions. As a source of error comes with the readout device 1: air in the fuel system (I can only partially understand since hoses go directly into a canister 2: Fuel lines clogged (can I exclude) 3: Exhaust connection Fuel control valve clamps or is blocked (seemingly most plausible) 4: clogged external filter (can I exclude there including housing made new) Now to my actual question someone has changed this fuel control valve before? Does this work without pump expansion ? What do you have to pay attention to? Thanks for your help PS: give up is not an option
