After years of quenching, my FNQ 3614 gave me quite funny sounds. I thought it was leftovers of the door foil, but a look at the TMTs taught me a better one. In both TMTs, the membranes were torn (yes, I mean the thing between the bead and phase plug *fg*). Now my question: Is it possible to fix this with two-component glue or something like that? Does anyone have experience with (permanent)? On subwoofers I have some experience with (permanent) a lot patched up, but TMTs are a little more filigree…
