ABE when changing tyres and suspension

Hello, I’m new here in the forum and I hope I have chosen the right subforum for the topic. On my motorcycle (Kawasaki Z900RS) I would like to install a non-standard rear suspension and other tires. My question is about the existence of a general type approval for the insurance in case of an accident. – The rear suspension I want to install is the Nitron R3. However, it comes without ABE, but only with a Certificate of Conform ity (CoC). – The tyres are Bridgestone S22. Here the ABE is available for the motorcycle. Does anyone know what it is about the Certificate of Conformity? Do I have to use it for the TÜV and this one then issues an ABE? If all this would be too expensive and expensive, I could still avoid the KA 740 from Öhlins with ABE. But even here I ask myself if the ABE is valid if suspension and tyres are changed, since the respective ABE actually only for the otherwise As far as this matter is concerned, I am completely inexperienced (never had anything changed in the car or motorcycle) and would be happy about your help.
