Moin moin! The interior of my V40 year 2002 2.0t stinks recently. There are no hidden food leftovers, dead animals or the like to be found neither in the interior nor in the engine compartment. The climate runs perfectly, there is also no smell from the ventilation grids. The only thing I found now is a wet pollen filter, left and right at the top of the corners. The housing, so where the filter is installed, is also wet and dirty towards the driver’s side, looks like biomass from grass, leaves etc. How does the moisture get there, is a drain clogging somewhere?
