Hello! I’m new here and I’ve got a problem. I’ve already searched the whole forum, but unfortunately I haven’t found a solution or looked over it. I’ve got an Audi 100 (C4) here, not mine, because a Sony radio with chinch outputs is installed. As the Audi should have an active system (red 10 pole Iso plug in the radio shaft), I took an adapter cable and connected it. It should actually transmit the output signal of the chinch signal to the active system. I have to mute the front LS (with the fader) and control the radio to full sound. And even then only the tweeters sound, so it seems as if the LS is controlled by high-level. Can this be ??? or do you need an adapter that changes the radio output of the rear boxes for the active system despite the line-out connection? Or can I clamp the high-level output from the radio to the cables for the active system , without harming anything ? Thanks already in advance !!! Tommy
