Hello, had on 19.12.2010 accident with the tram, since I no longer came to stand at the intersection and also slipped over red and I was already slowly about 30-40km/h. Damage about 5000 on my new E-Class. Police meant it comes to me a criminal notice with possible driving ban. Now the question. Does it matter if it came due to weather caused the accident or for other reasons e.g. speed or Alc. ? and it always comes to the driving ban, since I professional I’m dependent on a driver’s license (truck driver) and I don’t have any points in Flensburg. ? Now it’s been 6 weeks since the accident, does anything come from police or prosecutor’s office, if yes, how long does that take? Thank you !!!
