Retroactive Increase in contributions anch Car Deregistration/Annunciation

Hello, I had an old-timer insurance (for my old-timer) as well as a car insurance (everyday car) which I terminated with the cancellation/decommissioning of both vehicles on 10.02.2014. I personally handed over the cancellation letter including the withdrawal of the entry authorization for both insurances to my local insurance office on 13.02.2014 retroactively to 10.02.2014. On 17.02.2014 then write to the insurance that they retroactively for the old-timer insurance to the V I replied in a letter that I did not accept this. In the following weeks I was reimbursed the remaining amount of my also cancelled insurance for my everyday vehicle. On 25.03. I received a confirmation letter about the cancellation of the insurance of my everyday vehicle. Since 20.02.2014 there was no answer to my oldtimer insurance to my letters or information. . Today I can see on my account that the insurance has debited the collected amount ~700€ from my account. Here are my questions: 1- can the insurance increase the contributions retroactively after cancellation of an insurance and demand the additional payment? (the insurance amounts were ALWAYS paid in due time) 2- Can the insurance debit the required amount despite cancellation and withdrawal of the collection authorization? An information that the cancellation has not been received is not possible, since i I hope you can help me and confirm your statements if necessary. am grateful for all the information Thank you already
