Servus times a question, my RS5 has exhaust flaps as standard. They tend to flap again and again as soon as the stock has game (happens already from 30,000km). But with me the flaps are completely fixed and do not close anymore. I rather have little desire to get the same exhaust system again (is with MSD and both end pots, individually there are neither the flaps nor the rear silencers at Audi). My plan would be to flex the tailpipe and then install new stainless steel flaps to the original control unit. . Do you think that I come through the TÜV with it if it is only a repair and not a “tuning” or “mute” ? It is to mice. In the pictures you can possibly recognize what I mean. As a replacement should be here pure : https://www.ebay.de/itm/194959306006? … The procedure takes place at the end tube and not at the end pot.
