Engine damage

Here is a new, “stolzer?!” owner of a used R class! After I noticed oil stains in the garage, the DB workshop should check where the oil loss comes from. After a complex search it was set that the turbocharger (if I understood it correctly) was no longer equipped with its 3 screws (2 cannot be found, 1. Aborted; see picture) and was only kept in place by the loads. As a result the diselfuel (see picture) flowed down the engine block and d led to the oil stains. But what was worse was that the wheel from the turbocharger due to its self-vibration in the cylinder head has become metal abrasion (see picture) The DB workshop rightly says the metal abrasion is now well distributed in the engine compartment and will sooner or later lead to an engine damage; what I can imagine well. AT-Motor 14.000€ !!!!!! The engine is a 320 CDI built year 6/2006 with 146 tkm mileage DB-Checkheft. Please for help/ideas if the problem is known. st / Kulanz by DB is possible; etc. Thanks already for answers
