Car sales problems.

I didn’t know exactly where to push it in… Hello people, and I have a big problem with a car dealer from Kassel, from which I bought an Audi 80 (B3) 1.8S with approx. 229,000Km on the clock. The salesman assured me that I would only need to drive with the vehicle for TÜV. I did this one day later and I got this list of defects: Headlight setting links too low, right too high. Load-dependent brake force regulator leak, braking performance of the Hinterac Hse not guaranteed. Cross handlebars knocked out on both sides. Exhaust end pan broken. Track rod heads knocked out. Cold running controller without function (not connected). Various cables in the engine compartment not connected. brake effect rear axle Poor braking effect front axle Poor. throttle flaps potentiometer defective. I want to point out that I drove the vehicle test, because you only heard that the cross handlebars had one away, more wa r not recognizable. I have now given the seller three ways to deal with me: Possibility 1: refund of 100€ for the TÜV fee. Possibility 2: repair of the defects until 25.3.11 Possibility 3: refund of the purchase price. Am I right or am I completely wrong there, because all these defects were not known to me although I looked at the vehicle and am test driving. How does this look purely legal? The seller gave in the purchase dealer Don’t worry about any flaws either. I thank you in advance.
