Omega B heater does not get warm

Hello am really desperate have an Omega b 2.0 x20xev. I drove across the track and the car was very hot so that he went full in the red area had to drive him about 5km.Now we renewed the head seal to have the head plan and took new seal.Nachdem everything was ready we wanted to run in warm, but when we wanted to do that he got up after a short time to just before a hundred degrees and heating didn’t go. Now we have the whole Küh The heating control valve we have also renewed as well as the thermostat, and still the heating remains cold and it is still warm to just a hundred degrees and that goes relatively fast. What I noticed is that all the hoses are getting warm except for the two small ones on the throttle flap I was told that the preheating is and that these two hoses have to be warm first, but the remain cold.Bin real with my ideas at the end what that could still be. The heater cooler is also tight there otherwise yes the footroom should be wet has been told me. And exhaust smoke is also normal. Maybe someone of you has an idea I don’t know any more. Thank you in advance
