Hello everyone, I have a question for the legal experts among you. Exactly 2 years ago I bought my C70 convertible from the dealer. In the vehicle description and the sales offer is clear and clear “with original Mirzam rims 18 inch – tyres 235-40-18. Now I have to go to the TÜV and have prepared to mount new tires. It turns out that it is not like in the sales documents about the above mentioned rim but a 17 inch rim with the tyres 23 5-45-17. So a clear mistake….or possibly deception in the vehicle offer! Ash on my head that I didn’t notice it earlier, I just trusted and am now very irritated. Does one of you know what chances I have now to get the dealer (Volvo authorized dealer) for it? I’m not interested in starting a war, but I feel somehow cheated and would like to enforce my right of course. I have already sent an e-mail to the dealer. n, but have not yet received any answer. I am grateful for any answer! LG Ebi
