XC70, BJ 2015 Noise of front axle/turbo/window heater partially without function

Hello municipality, I’ve had a used XC70 (100,000) for about a week and a half. I noticed a relatively fast noise coming from the front axles, which only occurs during the ride at low speeds, even even when it’s a small one. This noise, when the engine has cooled down or the car has just started, can also be a little louder for a short time. But then, after about 20 seconds, it goes away and becomes quieter. It’s a somewhat high grinding sound (sounds like once Keilr Can something have happened to the brakes (tire pressure control system before) in the course of the tyre change, while other rims were also raised? Is somehow my guess. The second phenomenon is the turbo. I have the feeling that this is partly whistling (quick high tone). Is that normal? As I said, is only a feeling. Can you test the turbo somehow? Since I don’t think the disk tint is nice, I had it removed from the workshop. I found out today that there are three heating tapes without function. But after checking I could not detect any injuries to the heating tapes. Question: Is it possible to test and fix this somehow professionally or do I have to get out the disk? I have an appointment with the car salesman (Volvo dealer) tomorrow, so I will of course address these points. But I thought it might not be wrong to collect opinions/ideas in advance. Thanks in advance to all… Greetings, Martin
