Problems with the approval of the gas plant

Now I have a problem with which no one could help me and therefore you are my last attempt. The following situation: I drive a Volvo V70-I Bi-Fuel Bj.2000 and I have to say that, “I love this car! I never let it down, I drive it professionally and privately it is cozy, sufficiently fast and economical. I presented it 2 times to the TÜV HU everything ok. At the presentation 2014 the colleague of the TÜV said “In your papers it is a natural gas car, but in reality it is an LPG vehicle, so there is no stamp, that has to be changed.
