Hi we have a captur from 2014 with now 76k km on the speedometer. Now the car has been standing for 3 weeks in the workshop – with the result engine damage, because cooler fluid got into the engine…. Car was always in the inspection, last March 2020, then Corona and a few kilometers and then 3 weeks ago super GAU. Renault refers to the 3 years warranty and wants to do nothing… I find inconspicuous. Now the question: it is a 90 hp engine diesel – to me now someone offers a 110 hp engine… can you install the simply (technically) so or you have to consider what? Has someone experience with engine damage – I think this is a design error, car was very gentlely driven and treated. Can you expect from Renault what??
