Turn Phaeton with a tipper truck lifter?

Dear screwdriver, at my Phaeton 3.0 TDI I would like to renew the differential pressurer. Recently I bought a tipper truck lifter. It takes the car on the wheel hub and turns it up to 90°. It is allowed up to 3.5T. I bought it for work on the underbody of a vintage car. The question is whether it is also suitable for a modern car. Unfortunately, the oil measuring rod on the opposite side of the filling nozzle of the tank is used for Phaeton, so that I either use the petrol I would trust the tightness of the brake fluid tank and the water. The wiper water tank would probably have to be empty. Would anything run out at the top of the gearbox? And is the suspension suitable for tilting 90°? Turning is slow, so there are no impulses like driving on the road. Many greetings, Thomas
