Opel Omega B 2.0 16 V fan and air conditioning no longer running

I drive a Opel Omega B 2,0 16V Built 97. Last week Thursday I drove into the washing machine in the evening. The next day my wife drove to work and there it was a bit of smoke from the ashtray. After a minute about the fan went out. We have an electronic ventilation with air conditioning, seat heating etc. In the evening I looked at the fuses and found that the fuse No. 14 with 30 amps flew out. I put in a new one and sofor The next day I felt that the water flow was completely too high and that the water was very high. Now the flow is clean but the fuse still flies. Today I built everything from the front to the back apart and looked for a smeared cable. All i.o. All switches for seat heating, air conditioning, warning blink, cigarette lighter front and rear, switch knob etc controlled and switched off. Nevertheless, the fuse flies. tand resp. load resistance be defective, but when the is switched off there also flies the fuse. Can someone help me there?
