Control panel climate defective?

moin. for a few days now my Volvo has been heating magnificently! But ALWAYS…. Whether I turn on the control panel or not, it does not change at all. Only the fan can be controlled by hand. It also seems that no more valve control reacts, no air flow from the nozzles noticeable. Hot air is blown exclusively into the footroom. The air conditioning seems to run, but does not work against the hot air, it does not indicate any error at all. So I turned it off… I have heard a “cracking” in the control panel once and twice during the ride. In the area of the middle turn switch (clamp control) it was also feelable warmer. I once removed it and looked inside…., to see is so nothing extraordinary… My questions now: – Can a fuse have flown somewhere, if yes, where? – Are “susceptibilitys” known, like cold soldering points in certain areas? – Or better exchange control panel immediately, because after just under 355,000 km it simply on the Is it over?
