Diesel engine set cold under full load

Good afternoon together. In itself I drive motors always very sensitively warm and also stay on the highway with 90 km/h behind the trucks until the oil temperature is 90 °C. Only then I drive with a higher speed than 2000 revolutions and also higher load. But now it came yesterday within the city to a driving situation, in which I had to load the engine, which just one minute ran, in the first and second gear more strongly to come relatively fast to almost 30 km/h. In the process the engine was also briefly turned over 3000 revolutions. In the afterward I found all this not good, since the oil at the time could have had just 14 °C. I hope that now there has been no greater damage / wear on the turbocharger and the other lubricating places. Do you have an assessment about how harmful these about 10 seconds could have been in the cold state? Many greetings
