Experiences Highlight Assistant

On some midnight trips I have had the experience that weak taillights are captured by the sensor very late. Likewise, the sensor reacts sensitively with counterlights – but sometimes too late. Then the oncoming traffic appears. That the operation of the assistant on motorways is meaningless because of the weak position lights on the roof of the truck approaching: gifted. The disc in front of the sensor is always “fly-free”. Now I ask myself, can you have the sensitivity of the sensor regulated by software?
