The following has happened: I bought a car on Exxx for 2000,- this was among other things indicated with “Emission class Euro4” as article feature. Now I contacted the seller (I have not even seen the car live) and asked if that was true. At first he did not report at all, a day later I called Him. From the vehicle license he then read to me Eur o2. Now he threatens me with the lawyer if I don’t accept the vehicle. I told him that I still have interest in principle, but not at the same price. 2 questions: Am I obliged to buy the car? What amount can be used here as a reduction? Thank you for your help!
