After about 10 km of road the oil control flashes the first time, 1 second later the second time, again 1 second later all the control goes Lights on and the engine starts by itself. Quickly hit the clutch and let the car roll out. Hood on and oil level controlled. Result: Oil level between min. and max. (no water in the oil!) Bring the car into the workshop. Result: capital engine damage Estimate: min. 3,382,- Euro !!! The car is a 98 RAV-4, 84.311 Km run Why is the oil inspector there, if there is no time left for an oil pressure shortage, the engine to be removed so early old that it will not be destroyed immediately ??
