Hello, we are a family of five and are currently driving a BMW i3 and a Smart EQ convertible in everyday life. There is currently a diesel van available for long distance or five-way journeys. We can’t load at home, but we have the possibility to load in the office. The BMW i3 is a company car and I have to order a successor in the summer. The original idea to replace the diesel van with an EQV or ID.Buzz we rejected. We do however very regular Äßig rides of approx. 2×150 km a day to visit the grandparents, which we are currently doing completely with the diesel. With the successor of the i3 it should be possible to do also these rides often. The currently two hottest candidates are the EQB (probably as 250er) and the ix3. Unfortunately, one finds no direct comparison of the two vehicles, although they are very similar in terms of space and size. With full equipment they are also relatively close together. I see a Benefits EQB: – All-wheel possible (EQB 300 or EQB350) – 7 seats possible – rear seat adjustable – possibly shorter delivery time Advantages iX3: – AHK possible – active preheating of the battery – larger battery capacity – higher charging speed – relatively economical How do you see this? Have I forgotten something important? What else do you see for reasons for the EQB. Maybe you have the following advantages: och hints that can help me make my decision. Thank you very much in advance.
