Nissan Almera BJ 2003 – Blower motor suddenly without function

I greet you. After hours of searching and measuring at the car, I ask you now. Actually I wanted to ask the Nissanboard with it, but I just don’t get this confirmation link for the account activation. The blower worked perfectly until I got back into the car after shopping. Suddenly the blower is dead – all stages. I have read through several forum posts, but these mostly went around the blower resistance, if the first steps did not fun I took out the filter above the fan motor and the fan wheel is 1 A free. To the motor lead two plugs. One with two thick wires and one plug with several small wires. According to my logic should be the two-wire for the power supply. At this I measure with switched on ignition and fan stage on to 4 only 1.6 V DC ! So I have the safety cascade, or models with automatic china. The fuses should be 14 and 16 according to the plan. They look OK for the time being. I changed them for others. But the strange thing is that there are only 1,6 V on these fuses ! On the fuses next to it I can measure 12.4 V. From here I am at a loss. When I start the engine cold, it runs on approx. 1100 revolutions. When I then set the blower level switch to 4, one notices a consumption and the motor turns higher at approx. 1200 turns. Ngen. Warm and without a consumer it runs at about 750 revolutions. Do you have something to do with it? Unfortunately, the whole thing is so hardly rideable, because the disc is heavily fogged in this weather and you see nothing anymore.
