Detection of a “tachometer adjustment” possible ?

Hello dear people, I have a problem with which only the “cracks” on this board can help me. I bought a Skoda Octavia 1, 1.9TDI, 110 hp, AVM engine. (I know here is VW board, but the technology is largely the same) Now the indexes are increasing for the fact that on the car possibly the tacho was manipulated. It is a leasing back runner, bought by a dealer, so that I can not ask any previous owner. For example, the inspection entries seem disturbing (ev tl after handover only one inspection carried out shortly before return at about 43Tsd km and one in between crystal clear). Since the total performance is stored by the manufacturer to ward off warranty fraud etc. yes in various ECUs and the few tacho adjusters are so professional to iron all this, I hope here on a few tips as I can draw the system pointing to the mileage. I know e.g. from Toyota that there with the workshop tester with certain n Errors also show the mileage. Is this also possible with Fzgen of the VW group ? Can I elicit from the on-board computer how often the “Service prompt” has already been reset? In which errors is the mileage displayed with? How do I cause such a mistake without further irreversible damage? Will now let the friendly one research the Fgst.-No. in the VAG system. I don’t know if this can be done for the Skoda yet. The possibilities for acceptance are varied in the meantime. Who else has an idea how to get to know the truth? Thank you in advance and greeting from Turbo (Happy Easter)
